What we provide
A research and design service: a destination or route selected for you by an experienced traveler, with an itinerary, recommendations, indicative costs and booking links. RealHumans is not a travel agency, tour operator or booking service and does not sell flights, accommodation or packages.
What we don't promise
We do not guarantee savings, availability, third-party prices, or any particular outcome of your trip. Recommendations and indicative costs are subject to availability and change. We do not provide travel insurance or package-travel protection, and we hold no certification we have not stated.
Your responsibilities
You make your own bookings, confirm your own travel documents and insurance, and are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Changes and delivery
One round of changes is included per trip design. Delivery is within the timeframe shown at checkout, measured from successful payment.
Still to be confirmed
Contracting entity, governing law, liability limits, consumer cancellation rights, dispute resolution and tax treatment. These will be completed and professionally reviewed before we take production payments.
