What we intend to collect
Your questionnaire answers, your name and email address, and payment records created by our payment processor. Card details are never stored by RealHumans.
Why
To design and deliver the trip you asked us to design, to contact you about that trip, and to keep the records we are legally required to keep. Marketing email is separate and only sent with your explicit consent.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, as provided by applicable data protection law. Requests will be handled at trips@realhumans.travel.
Still to be confirmed
Data controller details, retention periods, processor list, international transfer basis and supervisory authority. These will be completed and reviewed by a qualified adviser before we take production payments.
